Galactic Chocolate Donuts

One of the foods I miss the most after going vegan are donuts. Fortunately, this recipe is totally amazing and tastes so yummy. Not to mention the great health benefits it has. Here’s how you can make them in one bowl.

Ingredients:  

  • 1 3/4 cup spelt flour  

  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar  

  • 1/4 cup apple sauce  

  • 1/4 cup grape seed oil  

  • 1 cup almond milk  

  • 1 tsp. Apple cider vinegar  

  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla powder or extract  

  • 1/4 tsp. Salt  

  • 1 tsp. Baking powder  

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (vegan) 

  • 1 tsp. Coconut oil (for melting chocolate)  

Process: 

In one bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix. Add in the almond milk, oil, apple sauce and vinegar. Mix and pour into a donut mold. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool. Melt the chocolate and dip each donut it. Let sit in the fridge and enjoy!
