Sesame Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients: 

• 3 Small Sweet potatoes 

• 1 tbsp of sesame seed oil 

• 1 tbsp of maple 

• Salt and pepper to taste 

• 1 tbsp of sesame seeds 

Process: 
Peel and wash sweet potatoes. Preheat sweet potatoes in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Cut sweet potatoes in squares and roast on pan with all the ingredients.
